network_modify_functions¶

Modify the cell and/or network after both have been initalized.

Such a function can for example be used to deactivate specific synapses at a soma distance.

`get`(funname)	Get the function with the given name.

`silence_synapses_by_somadist`	Modify network activity by silencing synapses based on soma distance.
`silence_synapses_by_somadist_and_spike_source`	Modify network activity by silencing synapses based on soma distance and spike source.
