SynapseMapper.map_synapse_realization¶

single_cell_parser.synapse_mapper.SynapseMapper.map_synapse_realization()¶

Maps previously created synapse realization onto neuron morphology.

In this case, synDist has to be a dictionary with synapse types as keys and list of tuples (sectionID, sectionx) coding the synapse location on the specific sections as values.
