Evaluate the \(BAC\) stimulus protocol.

Initializes a BAC object with the default keyword arguments, and calls the evaluation on the voltage traces.

Parameters:
**kwargs

Additional or overriding keyword arguments for the BAC object. Defaults to None.

Returns:

Dictionary with evaluation metrics.
