This module provides convenience methods for Hay’s model specification (see Hay et al. [2]).

`get_hay_objective_names`()	Get the names of the objectives used in Hay et al. [2].
`get_hay_param_names`()	Get the names of the parameters used in Hay et al. [2].
`get_hay_params_pdf`()	Get the parameter boundaries used in Hay et al. [2].
`get_hay_problem_description`()	Get the problem description used in Hay et al. [2].
`get_feasible_model_params`()	Get a set of feasible model parameters.
`get_feasible_model_objectives`()	Get the objectives of a feasible model.
