get_hay_params_pdf¶

biophysics_fitting.hay.specification.get_hay_params_pdf()¶

Get the parameter boundaries used in Hay et al. [2].

Conductance parameters (\(\bar{g}\) or :math`g_{pas}`) are in units of \(S/cm^2\), \(\tau\) parameters are in units of \(ms\) and \(\gamma\) parameters are a fraction and unitless.

Returns:¶: The parameter boundaries.
Return type:¶: pd.DataFrame
