biophysics_fitting.hay.evaluation._Step.AHP_depth_abs(voltage_traces)¶

Get the afterhyperpolarization depth in the somatic voltage trace.

Parameters:¶

voltage_traces (dict) – dictionary with the voltage traces of the soma and dendrite.

Returns:¶

Dictionary mapping ".check_2AP" to whether there are 2 action potentials in the somatic voltage trace,

and ".raw" to the afterhyperpolarization depth in the somatic voltage trace.
