biophysics_fitting.hay.evaluation._Step.APw(voltage_traces)¶

Get the AP widths of all APs in the somatic voltage trace.

Parameters:¶

voltage_traces : dict¶

dictionary with the voltage traces of the soma and dendrite.

Returns:¶

Dictionary mapping ".check_1AP" to whether there is at least one action potential in the somatic voltage trace,

and ".raw" to the AP widths in the somatic voltage trace.
