singlecell_input_mapper.udvary2022.cell.PySection2.set_3d_geometry(pts, diams)¶

Invokes NEURON [7] 3D geometry setup

Fetch the 3D coordinates and diameters of the section. Computes the bounding box, length, and relative position of the 3D points along the section.

List of diameters.
